Authorized Local Distributor and/or Service partner warrants to the purchaser (the ‘Customer’) each of Truke branded products (the “Equipment”) sold through Authorized Local Distributors and resellers, are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal intended use and service as given in the “Warranty Period” section commencing from the date of the purchase.

  • This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and confined only to the first purchaser of the product.
  • Repairs under Limited Warranty period shall only be carried by the Authorized Service Center or Personal.
  • Warranty cover will be void, if and when unauthorized service has been attempted by the user or any unauthorized service center.
  • In order to obtain limited Warranty service, the customer needs to contact and bring the unit to the nearest authorized service center.
  • When repairing or replacing defective product, we may use reconditioned or refurbished parts/components.
  • Not Covered in Warranty: Physical Damage, Water Damage, Wear and Tear. We will not consider Refurbished unit / Refurbished purchase.


Customer may register the complaint on contact details provided below with all the required details and Valid VAT Tax (GST) invoice. After Validation of the given details and proof of purchase we will initiate the future process. We will stay in regular touch with the customer via EMAILS and SMS.


The warranty period starts at the time of Product’s original purchase by the first end-user. Warranty period for the device and accessories is defined below·-

a) Six (6) months for the earphone unit included in the sales package.

Note: This limited Warranty period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale, repair and replacement of Product.
